Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering, power systems, grid integration, or renewables.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (PSS/E, ETAP, DigSilent PowerFactory).
• Knowledge of grid codes, protection schemes, and power quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for grid-connected renewables (solar, wind).
• Perform power system studies: load flow, fault analysis, transient stability.
• Ensure compliance with grid connection standards and codes.
• Collaborate with utilities and regulators on interconnection agreements.
• Develop specifications for transformers, switchgear, and relays.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of systems.
• Prepare technical reports and project proposals.
• Provide guidance to project teams and site personnel.
