Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and grid infrastructure.
• Proven experience in the design and management of substation projects, transmission lines, or distribution networks.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E) and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, SANS) and safety protocols.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of electrical grid infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission, and distribution networks.
