Placements24 in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA is seeking an experienced Early Years Learning Facilitator to design and deliver engaging curriculum activities for children aged 3-5, with a blend of in-person and online sessions. You will create a safe, stimulating environment that supports holistic development.

Collaborating with parents, fellow educators, and leadership, you will assess progress, adapt teaching methods for both classroom and virtual settings, and ensure high-quality learning experiences

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Proven experience working with children aged 3-5 in educational settings.
• Experience designing blended learning environments (in-person and online).

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a play-based, emergent curriculum for 3- to 5-year-olds.
• Deliver lessons both in-class and via online platforms.
• Observe and document progress using appropriate tools.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and activities.
• Prepare learning materials for on-site and remote sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues on program enhancements and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom adhering to health and safety standards.
• Facilitate social-emotional development and conflict resolution.
