Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role focused on driving scalable growth, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
• Creative and experimental mindset with a passion for finding novel solutions to business challenges.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates on the website and landing pages.
• Identify and implement new user acquisition channels and strategies across digital platforms.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
