You will work a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office coordination with community outreach, and collaborate with local agencies to coordinate care while maintaining confidential records and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social work, counseling, or community support role.
• Strong understanding of social issues, mental health, and family dynamics.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in case management and resource coordination.
• Familiarity with the Paarl community and its resources is a plus.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, balancing office and community-based work.

Responsibilities
