Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Community Support Facilitator to assist residents in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will connect clients with social services, healthcare, and community programs while providing practical support and advocacy to improve well-being.

In this hybrid role, you will assess needs, facilitate access to grants and housing, coordinate with NGOs and government departments, and maintain detailed records to support vulnerable populations and local social development.

Qualifications

• Experience in community development, social work assistance, or a related field.
• Understanding of social welfare systems and local Eastern Cape resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Commitment to serving vulnerable populations and promoting wellbeing.

Responsibilities
