Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in community outreach, social work, or program management.
• Proven ability to develop and manage community projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage community outreach strategies to identify and engage target populations.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of social support services, ensuring they meet the needs of beneficiaries.
• Organise and facilitate community events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, local government agencies, and partner organizations.
• Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
