In this hybrid position, you’ll educate clients on product features, document interactions in the CRM, and escalate complex cases when needed. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client care or customer service role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
• Provide support and solutions for client issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
• Educate clients on product features and service offerings.
