Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage cleaning operations from a distance. This fully remote role supports clients across Gauteng and beyond, coordinating schedules, teams, and supplies while ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

You will liaise with clients, monitor progress, and implement efficient remote procedures, leveraging scheduling tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or related field.
• Ability to manage teams and operations remotely.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication across platforms.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office apps.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams for various client sites remotely.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning staff, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Monitor the progress of cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and distribution to field teams.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and best practices for remote management.
• Maintain accurate digital records of operations, staff performance, and client feedback.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations by field teams.
• Utilize company software and tools to manage schedules, communications, and reporting.
