Placements24 is seeking a Lead Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee sanitation across Cape Town facilities. You will lead a team, implement cleaning programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

In this hybrid role, you will balance on-site supervision with remote planning, reporting, and budget oversight, driving continuous improvement and actionable insights to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in cleaning or sanitation leadership.
• Experience supervising teams and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with cleaning management software and standard office apps.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of cleaning and sanitation staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and task allocation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
