In this hybrid role, you will balance on-site supervision with remote planning, reporting, and budget oversight, driving continuous improvement and actionable insights to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of cleaning and sanitation staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and task allocation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely replenishment.
• Investigate and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and optimize cleaning and sanitation operations across their facilities in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The successful candidate will manage a team of cleaning staff, implement and enforce strict sanitation protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen and excellent people management skills. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
