Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within cleaning/sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices in sanitation.
• Experience developing and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in South Africa.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and train cleaning staff following sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas.
• Inspect facilities to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and storage.
• Address sanitation issues reported by staff or tenants.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and special projects with facility managers.
• Monitor use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report on team performance and facility condition.
