Placements24 is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse civil engineering projects in the Western Cape. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with essential on-site presence for critical project engagements.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, develop plans and budgets, manage contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive project finance in the South African context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil project management and construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance remote work responsibilities with site visits and client meetings.
