Job summary

Mindmatch Consulting is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist in a hybrid capetown setup. You will own campaign delivery from onboarding to fulfilment, coordinating with Sales, Data, Email and Client Operations to meet strict SLAs and quality targets.

You will manage multiple live B2B campaigns, ensuring accurate leads and timely updates to clients, while identifying risks and optimizing processes for better performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Campaign Operations or related delivery.
• Experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of B2B targeting and data validation.
• Experience with CRM/lead management/campaign systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for validation and reporting.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication.
• Organised, structured and process-driven with attention to detail.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and SLAs.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign delivery from launch to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Translate briefs into clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet all needs.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to stay on schedule.
• Identify risks and blockers early and act to resolve.
• Ensure campaigns meet targeting, data quality and lead volumes.
• Perform quality checks and validation throughout lifecycle.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and reporting.
