The role combines strategic planning with operational leadership, requiring 6+ years in program management in beauty/wellness or corporate services, and strong vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field.
• 6+ years in program management, ideally in beauty/wellness or corporate services.
• Hybrid work experience and remote planning skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate innovative beauty and wellness programs for corporate clients.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with therapists, wellness practitioners, and providers.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators.
• Stay updated on trends in corporate wellness and beauty.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
