About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of corporate wellness and beauty services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty & Wellness Program Manager. This hybrid role is based in Midrand, Gauteng, and involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive wellness programs for corporate clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and effectiveness of services delivered, managing relationships with service providers, and driving program growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate innovative beauty and wellness programs tailored to diverse corporate client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of wellness programs, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of beauty therapists, wellness practitioners, and other service providers.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide strategic recommendations to corporate clients.

• Ensure all programs and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Wellness Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or corporate services industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching new programs or services.
• Strong understanding of beauty treatments, wellness modalities, and holistic health principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational logistics.
• Experience with hybrid work models, demonstrating effective remote and in-office collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Midrand, Gauteng.
