The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, at least four years of hands-on automation experience, and strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in industrial automation.
• Proficiency in leading PLC platforms (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with SCADA/HMI software (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and program PLC/SCADA/HMI systems for automated machinery.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, robots, and drives.
• Develop control logic to optimize performance and production outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues; implement solutions.
• Conduct FAT/SAT for automation projects.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Stay updated with latest automation tech and propose new solutions.
• Document system designs, programming, and procedures.
