The role adopts a hybrid work model with in-store duties and potential remote admin tasks. You will lead a team, manage stock, and contribute to the store's success while staying attuned to fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervision or management experience in retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of trends.
• Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts in hybrid model.
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent; retail management education is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport with customers and resolving issues effectively.
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding store targets.
• Manage inventory control, including stocktakes, receiving, and merchandising.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Supervise and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Contribute to stock replenishment and organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.
