Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years in a management role with administrative operations focus.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and budget management capabilities.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with ability to drive efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the administrative team across multiple hospitality venues.
• Develop, implement, and refine administrative policies and procedures to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budget management for administrative departments, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaboration for smooth operations.
• Oversee office space, facilities, and equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Implement record-keeping and information management systems.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within administrative operations.
