Job summary

FullServe seeks an HVAC Salesperson to grow residential and commercial systems sales. You will build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions while coordinating with installation and service teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, proven HVAC sales experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end proposals and negotiations. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC sales or related field with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups, presentations, and meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales for HVAC systems and services.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, perform system evaluations, and provide accurate proposals.
• Stay informed about latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Create and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, system specifications, and project timelines.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements including pricing and delivery schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address post-sale issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM.
