Our client in Welkom, Free State, is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanical Engineer to design, implement and manage high-performance HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects. You will ensure thermal comfort, air quality and energy efficiency across diverse building types.

You will collaborate with architects, electrical engineers and construction managers to integrate systems, perform load calculations, select equipment and review drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC/Building Services specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC design and project execution experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and HAP.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and psychrometrics.
• Familiar with ASHRAE standards and energy efficiency regulations.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
