You will lead load calculations, equipment selection, and commissioning, while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization.
Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in HVAC system design and project management.
Proficiency with HVAC design software (HAP, Trace 700) and CAD tools; strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards.
Experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
