Must have:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Business Management.
• Must have 10 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role and proven payroll management experience.
• Must have proven experience using BuildSmart Payroll.
• Must have experience in the construction industry.
• Must possess strong experience in the development and implementation of KPI, KPA, and performance management systems.
• Must have proven experience designing remuneration structures and performance-based incentive schemes.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and industrial relations practices.
• Must have proven experience in organisational development and workforce planning.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
