• 5 years HR Management experience within a medium to large organisation.
• 3 years experience managing Sage VIP Payroll for more than 300 employees.
• Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
• Experience with Employment Equity, Social and Labour Plans, and compliance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
