Job summary

Genesis Analytics is seeking a Practice Administrator for its Human Development practice in Johannesburg. You will support Partners, the SMT and the team with daily operations, meetings, travel arrangements, and contract administration.

Requires 3–5 years consultancy experience, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, familiarity with Sage Intacct, and comfort with a hybrid/remote international team across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in consultancy or similar advisory context.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• HR administration experience is an advantage.
• IT literate; proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar systems an advantage.
• Interest in AI tools or applications an advantage.
• Comfortable with hybrid/remote team across countries and time zones.
• Eligible to work in South Africa; occasional after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Partners, SMT and team, including meetings and filing.
• Coordinate travel for staff and sub-consultants, including visas and accommodation.
• Assist with recruitment administration and induction setup for new hires.
• Coordinate partner sign-off on documents and ensure contracts are in place before work.
• Support timesheets, staff claims and expenses; liaise with Group Services Finance.
