Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a technically sharp HubSpot Integration Specialist to join a safari and hospitality group across Africa. The role connects HubSpot with booking, finance, and guest systems, ensuring clean, reliable data for sales and reservations teams across multiple properties.

The candidate will design, build, and maintain integrations, configure workflows, manage data syncs and migrations, and train non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HubSpot integrations across CRM, marketing, and sales.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong data management, migration, cleansing, and deduplication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.
• Configure and optimise HubSpot workflows, properties, pipelines, and custom objects.
• Manage data syncs, imports, and migrations; resolve errors promptly.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the CRM.
• Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and reservations teams.
• Document integrations and processes clearly for future reference.
• Provide user support and training across departments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes.

A well-established safari and hospitality group operating across Africa is seeking a technically sharp HUBSPOT INTEGRATION SPECIALIST to join their team. This is a hybrid role for someone who can connect HubSpot with the group's booking, finance, and guest systems, and keep the data clean and reliable for sales and reservations teams working across multiple properties.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in HubSpot implementation, integration, or administration
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools)
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, custom objects, and reporting
• Solid data management skills, including migration, cleansing, and deduplication
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
• Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is advantageous
• Clear communicator who can support non-technical users and train teams
• Organised; independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
