Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a hybrid HubSpot integration specialist to connect our booking, finance, and guest systems, ensuring data is clean and reliable for sales and reservations teams across properties.

You will design, build, and maintain integrations, configure workflows, manage data migrations, build reports, and train users. This role requires strong HubSpot expertise, data management, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HubSpot implementation, integration, or administration.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools).
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, custom objects, and reporting.
• Solid data management skills, including migration, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Clear communicator who can support non-technical users and train teams.
• Organised, independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems

• Manage data syncs, imports, and migrations, and resolve errors promptly
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the CRM
