Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd in Cape Town seeks a CRM Executive to support, optimise and develop CRM platforms across the group, with HubSpot as the primary platform. You will work with marketing, sales and customer success to improve processes, data quality and reporting.

The role combines technical CRM administration with data management, workflow automation and stakeholder collaboration to drive platform adoption and reliable insights for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration and optimisation of HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
• Experience building workflows, lists and custom properties in HubSpot.
• Strong Excel skills for data cleansing and CRM imports.
• Experience managing data within CRM systems and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance and optimisation of HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Manage internal CRM requests and act as a trusted HubSpot point of contact.
• Build, test and enhance workflows and automation to improve cross-functional efficiency.
• Maintain high CRM data quality through cleansing, validation and deduplication.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide meaningful CRM insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success to improve processes.
• Support HubSpot services delivery to customers, including onboarding and configuration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities and adopt new HubSpot features.
