Job summary

Zenzero is seeking a CRM Executive to support, optimise and develop CRM platforms across the Zenzero Group, with HubSpot as the primary platform. You will work with marketing, sales, customer success and operations to improve CRM processes, data quality, automation and reporting.

The role focuses on day-to-day HubSpot administration, building workflows, cleansing data, and delivering dashboards and audience lists to drive better customer experiences and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Experience creating workflows, lists and custom properties in HubSpot.
• Strong data cleansing and Excel skills.
• Experience importing and managing CRM data.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, technology or managed services environment.
• Familiarity with lead management and customer lifecycle processes.
• HubSpot certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting HubSpot implementations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on HubSpot administration and maintenance.
• Manage internal CRM requests and provide HubSpot support.
• Build and test workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain CRM data quality through cleansing and imports.
• Create audience lists, dashboards and insightful reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and adoption.
• Support HubSpot services for customers, including onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new HubSpot functionality.
