Job summary

The Good Human (Pty)Ltd in Johannesburg is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to drive adoption, deliver training, and provide ongoing support across the organisation. You will promote best practices, develop engaging campaigns and ensure consistent CRM usage among agents, principals and staff.

Responsibilities include hosting training sessions, creating knowledge materials and coordinating CRM projects with internal teams and external partners.

• Drive HubSpot adoption across the organisation.
• Encourage best practices and consistent CRM usage.
• Identify barriers to adoption and implement initiatives to improve engagement.
• Promote the value of CRM through ongoing communication, education and user support.
• Develop creative campaigns, gamification initiatives and engagement programmes to increase platform usage.
• Provide day-to-day HubSpot support to agents, principals and staff.
• Assist users with permissions, access, troubleshooting and general CRM queries.
• Investigate and resolve user issues or coordinate with third parties where required.
• Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related requests.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing HubSpot training.
• Host virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Produce training material, guides and knowledge articles.
• Manage user communities such as WhatsApp groups or similar collaboration platforms.
• Coach users to improve confidence and effective CRM usage.
• Configure and maintain HubSpot portals.
• Build and optimise pipelines, workflows, automation and reporting.
• Assist with data quality, user permissions and CRM administration.
• Recommend improvements to maximise platform effectiveness.
• Assist with the rollout of new HubSpot features and functionality.
• Coordinate CRM-related projects from planning through implementation.
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver successful solutions.
• Support integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
• Produce regular CRM newsletters highlighting new features, tips, success stories and best practices.
• Communicate platform updates and adoption initiatives across the network.
• Create engaging content that encourages continuous learning and platform usage.
