Job description

Hire Resolve is searching for an experienced HR Manager to join our client in Durban. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers
  • Manage all legal and statutory requirements within the company.
  • Manage the BBBEE program
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and manage disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review
  • Manage all IT aspects and general admin
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic Microsoft package (Word, Excel,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
