Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Maitland, Cape Town, seeks an experienced HR Manager for a permanent, on-site role. You will lead the HR function across multiple locations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with SA labour law.

You will coordinate training, SETA initiatives (WSP & ATR), and payroll support while mentoring the HR Administrator. Regular travel between sites is required to provide strategic HR support and drive employee

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 5–8 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR or management role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and employee relations.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is advantageous.
• Experience with SETA, WSP, ATR, and skills development is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
