Job summary

Rosebank College, part of the ADvTECH Group, is seeking a lecturer to facilitate teaching and learning, promote research and drive student success. You will monitor engagement on the LMS, support students, and contribute to program improvements.

Online teaching experience is advantageous and honours or higher degrees in strategic/business management are required. Minimum 2–3 years of lecturing or tutoring experience, with strong MS Office skills and effective time management.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Strategic Management, Business Management, Leadership, Business Administration or a relevant cognate field.
• Alternatively: Master's or PhD in Strategic Management, Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and evaluating engagement on the Learner Management System.
• Students’ success rates at modular level.
• Continuous student support and development.
• Online Teaching and learning.
• Programme Coordination Committee meetings.
• Contributes to programme improvements (content and assessments).
• Subject/module consultations.
• Marking on time in order to provide students with quality feedback.
