Qualifications

• Interest in data analytics, reporting, and digital technologies.
• Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Power Automate will be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and South African labour legislation would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Create data visualizations and monitor HR KPIs.
• Contribute to planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Support digital HR tools, workflows, and Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in process improvements across HR processes.
• Assist with HR systems testing, UAT, and documentation.
