Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employment records related to appointments, terminations, leave, transfers, promotions, etc using SAGE
• Ensure proper maintenance and easy retrieval of records
• Perform all administrative and transactional HR services
• Administer the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment
• Maintain an efficient record tracking system
• Examine employee files to provide information for personnel actions
• Organize meetings and events
• Run reports on SAGE and prepare documents as needed
