Job summary

Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) is seeking a Human Resource Management Intern to support the day-to-day HR operations, gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, and develop a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.

The intern will work with HR professionals on recruitment, training, employee relations and related initiatives, assist with event registrations, database maintenance, payments, on-site event support, and preparation of registration materials

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Public Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event or program registration processes
• Update and maintain participant databases
• Verify registration details and process payments
• Provide customer support to registrants
• Prepare and organize registration materials
• Generate registration reports and track progress
• Offer on-site support during events or activities
