Dis‑Chem Life is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and guide leaders through complex people matters. The role is embedded in a regulated environment, promoting fair HR practices and operational risk management. You will manage disciplinary, grievances, investigations, CCMA support, and reporting, partnering with leaders to sustain growth. A relevant HR qualification and 3–5 years ER experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievances, incapacity, consultation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Exposure to CCMA processes and labour dispute management.
• Clear criminal and credit record; valid drivers license and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Manage disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, consultation, probation, and performance management processes.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence relating to employee relations matters.
• Prepare recommendations based on investigation findings and associated risks.
• Ensure the consistent application of policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards.
• Prepare hearing documentation, notices, witness statements, investigation reports, and disciplinary packs.
