Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support HR operations in Upington. This entry-level to mid-level role focuses on onboarding, HRIS management, and handling employee inquiries within a collaborative team.

You will assist with recruitment processes, maintain HR records, and help coordinate training and engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support the coordination of training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR-related documents and reports as needed.
