Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service across the hotel.
• Collaborate to implement policies affecting guest safety and preferences.
• Monitor equipment usage and stock to reduce waste.
• Develop systems to capture guest preferences while protecting privacy.
• Attend regular meetings to stay informed on operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B procedures.
• Provide timely feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and leave to control costs.
• Oversee Night Auditors and financial accuracy.
• Deliver training on SOPs and drive quality improvements.
