• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations for the Rooms Division.

• Set budgets, monitor financial targets and occupancy optimisation.
• Ensure guest experience and service standards meet luxury expectations.
• Uphold Health & Safety and quality assurance.

• Respond to guest feedback and implement service recovery.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
