Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven knowledge of Soweto and greater Gauteng area, including attractions, dining, and cultural experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.
