Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hot Kitchen Chef or Griller in a busy restaurant.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation.
• Ability to cook to different levels of doneness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meat, poultry, seafood and other hot items as per recipes.
• Grill orders to requested doneness and maintain quality.
• Ensure mise en place and readiness of hot kitchen before service.
• Coordinate with kitchen sections to complete orders on time.
• Follow portion controls and communicate dietary requirements and allergies.
