You will manage FOH and beverage budgets, ensure SOP compliance, drive service standards, and champion Samara’s sustainability ethos. A calm, solutions‑driven leader with strong operational and financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience within a 5-star lodge/hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication & guest service skills.
• Excellent operational & financial understanding.
• Hospitality systems & MS Office proficiency.
