Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in hospitality.
• At least two years' managerial experience within a five-star hotel or luxury lodge.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage hospitality teams.
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or departments.
• Exceptional guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Experience managing front-of-house and beverage budgets.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Sound knowledge of SOP implementation and compliance.
• Proficiency in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure.

A leading private game reserve in the Great Karoo, Eastern Cape, is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations across three intimate luxury camps. This exciting lodge opportunity is suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with a passion for personalised guest service, operational excellence and team development.

The successful Manager will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest experiences, leading hospitality teams across multiple properties and ensuring consistent compliance with operational standards.
