Job summary

Farm Manager SA in the Western Cape invites applications for a Hospitality Manager based in the Merweville area. You will oversee day-to-day hospitality operations, lead a small team, and work closely with owners to grow the business.

Job description

Merweville area, Western Cape Province – South Africa:

The Hospitality Manager will have overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the Company’s hospitality operations and will work closely with the owners in developing the business. This is a hands-on management position requiring initiative, leadership, flexibility and an entrepreneurial approach.

Due to the accommodation setup on the farm, the space would be particularly well suited to someone to stay on their own.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management.


• Agricultural Diploma/Degree, advantageous.


• Min of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role.


• Strong administrative background.


• Understanding of basic labour law and HR.
