Job summary

Farm Manager SA in Merweville is seeking an experienced farm manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee accommodation operations. You will lead a small team, manage stock and finances, and drive aquaponics product packaging and sales.

Qualifications

• Enhance guest experience and oversee guest accommodation.
• Oversee Tea Garden & Deli, staff management, and stock control.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management
• Agricultural Diploma/Degree, advantageous
• Min of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role
• Previous aquaponics experience
• Strong administrative background
• Understanding of basic labour law and HR
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and people
• Computer literate
