Qualifications

• Grade 12 with electrical or related maintenance qualification; plumbing experience required.
• Preferably 10 years experience as Assistant Maintenance Manager in hospitality.
• Experience with pumps, water reticulation and large-scale maintenance projects.
• Experience managing outsourced cleaning and garden services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance operations for the hotel and resort.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other technical systems.
