Job summary

ANEW Hotel Highveld seeks a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all upkeep of the property in Mpumalanga. You will coordinate repairs, manage contractors, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Based at the Highveld location, you will lead a maintenance team, drive preventive programs, monitor budgets, and champion guest service excellence while maintaining property standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a hotel or similar facility.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment lifecycle, and energy efficiency.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to deliver excellent guest experiences through proactive facility management.
• Oversee contractor relationships, service levels, and timely repairs.
• Manage preventive maintenance plans, budgets, and KPI tracking in a hospitality context.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
