Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across all hotel/restaurant departments.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all areas, identifying and rectifying any non-compliance issues.
• Train hotel/restaurant staff on proper hygiene procedures, food safety, and the correct use of cleaning agents.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Investigate and report on any hygiene-related incidents or customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national health and safety regulations.
