You will drive brand marketing execution, regional activation, and joint business planning with HORECA teams to ensure successful product launches and strong senior-level customer relationships.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or key account management.
• Hands-on experience in brand marketing execution, joint business planning, and promotional management.

Responsibilities

• Brand Marketing Plan Execution: collaborate with MEC frontline marketing to execute regional plans.
• Joint Business Planning with HORECA teams to align with global/regional objectives.
• Promotional and Activation Support for regional teams to maximize program impact.
• Collaboration on New Product Launches with Category Management and Commercialisation teams.
• Top-to-Top Engagement with senior customers to align on objectives and opportunities.
• Localized Brand Promotions Execution and regional adaptation of campaigns.
